workshop is specifically tailored to the needs of those individuals
who hold leadership or executive positions within corporations,
non-profit organizations or associations.
For
executives to lead effectively, they must be able to look at themselves
honestly and acknowledge their strengths and weaknesses. In doing
so, they come to recognize both their gifts as well as the patterns
that, when repeated, prevent them from becoming a truly successful
leader.
In
this fast-paced and highly acclaimed session, executives learn not
only what stops their individual success but also how to dispel
the entrenched behaviors that distance them from others and prevent
them from achieving organizational goals and outcomes. The result?
Leaders who are able to display powerful communication, problem
solving and leadership skills.
